Under 13's Having "Fun" During Pre-Season

Our under 13's kicked off their pre-season in an exciting way with the challenging "Stairs of Hell" at Golden Bay.

Coach Ash expressed, "Our goal is to elevate the U13 squad's fitness levels. By ensuring that the team is fully engaged in both physical and mental training, we can raise their baseline before diving into football-specific sessions. I’m incredibly proud of this group right now. It reflects a high standard of junior football for both the club and the region. I can’t wait to see how this season unfolds."
