While many folks were enjoying the comfort of their air-conditioned homes, our NPL under 14's squad hit the beach to engage in some intense pre-season fitness training. Led by coaches Jamie and Matt, the team underwent rigorous drills while also having a blast. Jamie expressed his satisfaction, stating, "Our team is making great strides and we're eagerly anticipating the start of the season. The 5 new players have seamlessly integrated, and it appears we have an exhilarating season ahead."
